It is believed that the effects of Abhyanga are similar to those received when one is saturated with love. Like the experience of being loved, Abhyanga can give a deep feeling of stability and warmth. Even the Sanskrit term for oil, snehana, translates to love. 

 

A traditional Ayurvedic massage where a generous amount of warm herb-infused oil is massaged from head to toe into the skin with intentional movement. This therapy is deeply grounding and nourishing to all of the tissues and joints. The treatment is detoxifying and supports a healthy digestion, sleep patterns and is soothing to the nervous system.

90 minutes of bliss! This nourishing treatment will begin with a traditional Ayurvedic massage and is followed by a Third Eye Oil Treatment. The Bliss therapy will guide you into a deep state of relaxation, soothing your mind, body and spirit.

A continuous flow of warm herb-infused oil is streamed over the forehead. This treatment dissolves accumulated stress from the mind and nervous system, stimulating your third eye point and allowing for a deep state of relaxation. This treatment is beneficial for various diseases related to the head and neck.  

 

This treatment is followed by a nourishing shoulder, neck and face massage and includes one 32 oz jar of medicated oil to perform daily self abhyanga at home.
